As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Accenture’s Industry X Service Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the nuclear energy industry. You’ll work with global experts and innovative technologies to deliver solutions on a wide range of topics, such as:
Supporting governments in designing nuclear energy programs and regulatory frameworks.
Advising project owners on selecting nuclear technologies for new build initiatives.
Enabling Small Modular Reactor (SMR) developers to scale their supply chains and achieve commercial readiness.
Supporting M&A deals in the nuclear decommissioning space to ensure successful transitions.
Developing industrial strategies for spent nuclear fuel retreatment and recycling.
Driving recovery efforts for large-scale nuclear new build projects, in collaboration with project owners and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Industry X Service Group to deliver client-centric solutions.
Engaging with executive management teams to understand their strategic objectives and operational challenges.
Applying cutting-edge digital and technology solutions to optimize nuclear industry processes.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, within a consulting role or directly for an organization in the nuclear sector.
Proven expertise in managing client relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects in an international context.
Passion for the nuclear energy industry and a drive to innovate and deliver impactful solutions.
Core Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to engage with executive management teams.
High ethical standards and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution in dynamic environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Swedish proficiency is a plus).
