Business Development Lead Utilities to Accenture Industry X

This role within the Industry X Service Group at Accenture will primarily focus on developing and executing activities related to the digital reinvention of capital projects planning and execution processes in the Utilities industry in Sweden. You will combine deep industry and technology expertise to shape value propositions and digital solutions to help reinvent and transform the way Utilities run their projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Accenture’s business development needs for Industry X in the utilities industry, working closely with account teams and business services teams from idea to delivery
Develop Digital Transformation focused sales materials aligned to the needs of our Utility clients in areas such as capital projects, owners engineering, connected workers, (Gen)AI, Control Towers
Develop and sustain new/existing relationships with client executives
Proactively work with clients to shape the digital transformation of their core engineering and construction operations. Lead client workshops and develop sales materials
Work with client account teams to develop pro-active proposals, respond to RFPs, develop differentiated value propositions, and shape digital transformation solutions
Lead the delivery of specific Industry X opportunities in the Utilities industry
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree, or Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience in working with or for Utility clients
Has led digital transformation programs in engineering and construction
Strong experience in business development, sales, or alliances of at least one of these domains: Capital Projects, BIM, Construction Management, Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management, Platform Business Models
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with clients
