Sourcing & Procurement Consultant or Manager

We are now looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Consultant or Manager to make a difference in project deliveries and business development in Denmark and in the Nordics.
Responsibilities:
- Play an important role in Nordic Sourcing & Procurement Community - focusing on enabling change in procurement strategy, operating model design, generative AI, sustainability, Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations to name a few of the areas
- Together with the team you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a pipeline of relevant client work across industries
- Lead and contribute to variety of project deliveries
- Work alongside our clients in their organizations and drive sourcing & procurement to the future
- Contribute towards the growth of our team & the development of our people
Qualifications
About you:
- 4 -10 years of relevant sourcing and procurement experience
- Preferably experience in strategy and/or technology consulting but not mandatory
- Ability to identify business opportunities, shape deals, prepare proposals together with clients and expert teams
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, partner, motivate and build relationships
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English and Finnish
- M.Sc. degree or equivalent
