Tech Talent Program
When entering Accenture Technology as a graduate consultant, you will be part of our Tech Talent Program.
During the two-year Tech Talent Program, you will go through an intense learning process – with a Buddy and People Lead helping and coaching you to figure out exactly how to develop your career and skills needed to succeed.
You will be a consultant from day one as you will be part of projects where we implement complex technology and business critical IT systems for our international clients, transforming their business.
You will build your professional network across the organization by being part of projects, taking part in our communities and by joining our social events and parties.

These are some of the responsibilities and tasks that you as a graduate may work with:
Help our customers to develop the best IT solutions by being a link between business and IT. A major focus will be on digitization and automation.
Support in deployment and release of new functionality to different system environments.
Develop skills in finance, supply chain, human capital, Procurement, Customer&Channels processes and build skills applicable across different companies and industries.
Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements using business analysis techniques to capture both functional and technical requirements.
Configuration, development and maintenance of tools, environments and platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Solution Manager, SAP-Configurations.
Support test lead and test analysts in shaping, defining, and testing software and developments and review test cases for completeness and accuracy.
Support project management or other management functions in projects.
Grow your professional skills within analytics, artificial intelligence, Big Data and machine learning.

Who are you?
You will soon receive your bachelor’s or master's degree within relevant education

You have excellent written and oral presentation skills in both English and Swedish
You are ambitious, driven, solution-oriented and motivated to start your career in a technology consulting role

Parental leave
