Work you will do
As a Capital Markets professional, you will bring your industry expertise, operating at the intersection of business and technology, to create value for our clients. We are looking for our future leaders today to help leading banks, wealth and asset management firms to shape their digital strategy, business transformation, sustainability agenda and technology modernization. As part of the team, you will be working for some of the largest Financial Institutions in the Nordics with a variety of project opportunities across the capital markets ecosystem (buy-, sell-side, exchanges and market infrastructure).
Responsibilities
Advise our clients on strategy and digitalization
Develop, define, and implement strategies to help our clients solve their most critical problems
Analyze and conceptualize business models, processes, and digital solutions
Lead teams. projects, and coach junior colleagues
Be engaged in various projects with wide range of topics, from strategy to execution
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you have at least a couple of years of experience, either from a position within a bank or financial institution or from another consulting practice. We would also like to see that you have:
Excellent analytical- and problem-solving skills
High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
Project management experience from Business or IT related change projects
Passion and drive to work in Financial Services on Capital Markets related topics
Interest in key trends, e.g. margin pressure, technology disruption, emerging products, and services, risk & regulation and investor preferences
Familiarity with core technology platforms in the industry (e.g. Calypso, Murex, SimCorp, BlackRock, Charles River) and corresponding architecture and tooling is highly meriting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
