Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working by utilizing disruptive technologies, agile ways of working and new business models in order to bring new ideas and innovations to life. With us you will have the possibility to work with true business transformation enabled by digital and be a key advisor for c-suites in leading Nordic companies.
Good business understanding of one or more industries and have 3+ years of work experience from consulting or similar.
Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic results.
Experience and interest for enterprise architecture, Cloud technology and agile models. Working with strategic advisory, profit realization and market analysis are compelling to you.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally
An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve sometimes diffuse client asks
Someone who enjoy working in teams and can make everyone take advantage of their various strengths and areas of expertise to achieve the best possible results.
Work and language requirements:
Work location will be in Sweden: Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.
Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected.
Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and preferably in Swedish.
