As a Business Analyst, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships with different stakeholders. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. You will also quickly gain great insights into other interesting roles such as Scrum Master.
Work you will do as a Business Analyst:
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
Align with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings
Own tasks such as conducting customer and market research, developing presentations, and preparing and running workshops
Work on a variety of projects across our practice solving complex problems
Use ambiguity and uncertainty to your advantage to generate innovative outcomes while experimenting with new technologies and methods
Collaborate with multinational, high-performing teams, learning from each other and supporting each other’s development<
For this position, we are looking for:
A recent graduate who has a relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree or will receive your degree within one year of applying. E.g. it can be studies within Business, Computer Science, Technology, Design, Innovation or Engineering or other relevant areas.
Passion and drive to work with technologies in a project and team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of the different steps of software development
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English & Swedish
Good technical writing skills with the ability to produce documentation and research solutions in English & Swedish
You can start in late summer/autumn 2023
