Accenture is searching for Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) for Financial Services business unit. As an ESA, you will work with our most exciting Financial Services sales opportunities in Nordic, focusing on helping our clients to succeed. You will be a key member of our sales teams and also work close with our businesses to bring Accenture´s offerings, assets and capabilities to our clients

In your role ESA for Financial Services you will be addressing our clients’ business challenges, delivering lasting and distinctive outcomes and value in disciplines such as:
Digital transformation
Cloud transformation
Operating Model transformation including agile and DevSecOps enablement
Core systems transformation
Risk & Regulatory compliance
Cost efficiency at scale
As a part of the core sales team, ESA in engaged in the whole sales process from pre-sale to contracting. This includes extensive communication and collaboration with client stakeholders, members of Accenture´s sales and delivery teams, as well as our senior leadership.
ESA understand client’s and end customer needs and priorities and communicates effectively with C-suite and creates solutions that resonate with C-suite expectations.
As ESA, you own the end-to-end solution and drive the overall solution creation process by support from other Solution Architects. You assemble and orchestrate the team responsible of the solution. Together with the team, you develop fit for purpose solution meeting client and end customer needs. ESA together with the transformation director is responsible of finding the right balance between deliverability (we deliver what we promise) and winnability (meeting both client and Accenture business case expectations)

Qualifications
Qualifications
At least 10 years experience selling and delivering services in Financial Services industry either as IT service provider or Financial Services company
Understanding of Financial Services industry trends and client business priorities
Proven track record in architecting, selling and delivering multitower, transformational large deals for leading global/Nordic Financial Services companies
Experience in shaping value proposition and articulating differentiators
Experience in complex solution process including approvals and team management in multinational enterprise
Experience in creating winning solutions by combining multiple products and service offerings:
o System Integration
o Application Outsourcing
o Cloud and Infrastructure Build and Operations
o Product Platforms (Temenos, Flexcube, Guidewire, Sapiens etc)
o , Data and AI, Security
o etc
Experience of different delivery models (on/near/off) and commercial constructs (T&M, fixed price, value based deal etc)
Excellent client / customer relationship management skills at the C- level
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and a Nordic language
