SAP SuccessFactors Manager  

In your role as an SAP SuccessFactors Manager at Accenture, you will (for example): 

  • Work with some of the biggest SAP clients in large global implementation projects. 

  • Be an integral part of innovative SAP transformation projects. 

  • Lead our client-facing implementation projects. 

  • Utilize your functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors by analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes supported by SAP best practice solutions. 

  • Utilize your Industry expertise in the field of SAP solutions by analyzing business processes, proposing best practices, and being a trusted advisor to a client. 

  • Be part of our highly engaged and diverse global network, for collaborate and delivery. 

  • Take a central role in our SAP SuccessFactors tower by leading teams, building competence, and driving sales initiatives.

Who we are looking for: 

In order to be successful as an SAP SuccessFactors Manager, it is recommended that you have: 

Required Qualifications 

  • At least 7+ years of SAP implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Experience in delivering end-to-end projectsin lead roles 

  • Eagerness to shape and work in a team-oriented environment  

  • Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence  

  • Passionate about SuccessFactors and HR, innovation, and delivery the latest technologies to your clients.  

  • You are an analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. 

  • One or more SAP certification in SuccessFactors (Examples - Employee Central/ Recruiting stream/ Compensation Stream/ Talent Management Stream/Analytics/Integration & Migration Stream) 

  • A Bachelor or master’s degree   


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Functional HR domain experience 

  • Multiple full life-cycle implementation experience: Experience of the full lifecycle including estimating, planning, and delivering a solution end-to-end  

  • Experience in Data Migration, Integration, Time & Payroll Consulting, Analytics 

  • Sales experience working with RFI/RFP 

  • Stakeholder management within complex SAP programs  


  • Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö

Parental leave

The insurance offer healthcare of physical and mental treatments, including rehabilitation. During sick leave you will get well covered, Accenture pay 80% of your salary day 2-14 and 90% day 15-90.
