Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in designing and executing performance test plans and scripts using Apache JMeter.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with integrating Apache JMeter tests into continuous integration pipelines.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to software performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
