Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and thoughtfully designs effective resolutions by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the product, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve team processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Horizon.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning to maintain optimal application availability.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
- Familiarity with client communication best practices to effectively manage expectations and provide clear updates.
- Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution methodologies within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in VMware Horizon.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
