Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Reporting Analyst responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on transforming ServiceNow data into meaningful insights that support operational performance, service delivery improvement, and management decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within the ServiceNow platform.
Create custom reports using ServiceNow reporting tools, including list reports, pivot reports, and dashboards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports and KPIs.
Maintain and enhance Performance Analytics indicators, widgets, and scorecards.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across ServiceNow reports.
Develop scheduled reports and automated report distribution for stakeholders.
Support service management reporting across modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request.
Analyze trends and provide insights to improve service delivery and operational performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and data discrepancies.
Maintain documentation for reporting structures, dashboards, and metrics definitions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in service management.

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting module.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools (added advantage).
Experience working in ITIL-based environments.
