For our Stockholm office we are currently looking to recruit IT Service Managers for Application Services engagements.

As an IT Service Manager, you will work closely together with our clients in managing the delivery of Application Services which for example includes reporting the service to the client, managing the delivery teams which are located locally as well as in our global delivery centers, coordinating work delivered by other parties, managing client and 3rd party contracts. You will be part of an expanding Nordic team of Service Managers, working with many of the large Nordic companies.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor/Master of Science degree
  • Interest in building a career in Service Management for Application Services
  • Experience working with Application Outsourcing, Application Support and Maintenance, Application Development
  • Project lead or team lead experience
  • Experience in managing and negotiating contracts
  • Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
