As a Product Manager, you will lead the definition, development and scaling of digital products and platforms that drive measurable business value for global clients. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology and delivery, owning product vision, enabling agile execution and ensuring value realization across complex enterprise platforms. This role combines product management, consulting, enterprise agility and value engineering to unlock new growth opportunities for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Strategy
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from product vision and strategy to development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients to align product roadmaps with business objectives, customer experience goals and value outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, design, data and business stakeholders to execute platform strategies effectively.
• Define and prioritize product features using data-driven insights, market analysis and customer feedback.
• Design and evolve platform experiences that drive adoption, differentiation and long-term scalability.
• Leverage modern technologies including cloud, microservices, Gen AI, Edge platforms and enterprise systems to shape product solutions.
Enterprise Agility & Agile Leadership
• Drive agile product delivery using Lean and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), ensuring predictable and high-quality outcomes.
• Guide clients through enterprise or domain-wide agile transformations, embedding agile principles for sustainable change.
• Act as an Agile/Product thought leader, promoting experimentation, continuous improvement and innovation-led delivery.
• Coach Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working and value-driven prioritization.
Agile Tooling & Delivery Enablement
• Advise on selection, configuration and adoption of Agile and DevOps tooling (e.g., Jira, Rally, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
• Enable transparency and productivity through effective tooling and delivery governance.
• Explore and drive integration of Gen AI and intelligent automation within product delivery and agile tooling ecosystems.
Value Engineering & Business Impact
• Translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and technology roadmaps.
• Define and manage platform value realization frameworks, tracking KPIs, benefits and ROI.
• Support platform modernization and evolution strategies to maximize long-term business value.
• Build strong business cases, value driver trees and data-backed recommendations for product investments.
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
• Conduct market, competitor and industry assessments to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, influence decision-making and deepen trusted advisor relationships.
• Contribute to proposal development, strategic storytelling and executive-level communication.

Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 5-10 years in product management, platform engineering, solution design, or technology consulting (consulting experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean practices, DevOps and modern product delivery models.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams, including senior executives and enterprise architects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience with enterprise platforms or ecosystems such as ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Pega, cybersecurity or enterprise architecture is a plus.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as Gen AI, Edge Computing and intelligent automation is highly desirable.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CSPO, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, Product Management certifications) are an added advantage.
