About Commercial PMO

The Commercial PMO (CPMO) function housed under Accenture Operations was established in early 2022. It represents over 3,200+ colleagues across 14 countries supporting over 1500+ client accounts.

We have global centers in India, Philippines and Argentina, regional centers in Latvia, Mexico and China, and teams in onshore locations.

Job Description:

As a Commercial PMO, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and management of commercial projects within Accenture's operations. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will be responsible for assisting in project performance, financials, and operational aspects to contribute to successful project execution while adhering to Accenture's standards and best practices. You will be a process expert and/or lead in different functions such as tracking of project resources, financials, and security controls. As a subject matter expert, may contribute to CPMO initiatives to continuously improve CPMO operations and capability. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, allowing you to build foundational skills in project management and commercial operations.


Key responsibilities may include:

·       Order to Cash Skills: Gain experience in managing the order-to-cash process to support smooth project invoicing and revenue recognition. Issuance of invoices in Accenture’s ERP, submission of invoice– via email, hard copy, or web portal. Follow up with the client for payment alongside maintaining and updating the Invoice Tracker. Escalate to CPMO manager for any dispute on payments.

·       Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining project deliverable quality standards, ensuring compliance with Accenture's guidelines and industry best practices. Documents management and storage- specifically uploading documents to MMR and SharePoint

·       Resource Management:  Supports the RM lead or project executive on resource on/offboarding,

·       Financial Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial analysis to support cost control and forecasting.

·       Project Governance: Assist in establishing and maintaining project governance processes to facilitate efficient decision-making and ensure alignment with Accenture's strategic objectives.

·       Sales and Pipeline Management Skills: Support the sales team in incorporating sales and pipeline data into project planning and resource allocation to contribute to business growth initiatives.

·       Forecasting and Budgeting Skills: Learn and develop skills in forecasting and budgeting to contribute to accurate project financial projections and financial planning.

·       Reporting and Analysis: Support the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to keep stakeholders informed on project status, progress, and key performance indicators.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster effective communication and alignment on project objectives.

·       Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process optimization and implementation of best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.


Job Qualifications

o   Education

·       Finance / Accounting degree or equivalent

o   Membership

·       Member of Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) considered a plus

o   Other Qualifications

·       Saudi national

·       Knowledge of Etimad, SAP Ariba and other client’s external portals

·       Bilingual English and Arabic  

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Microsoft Office Skills

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
