Job Title: SAP Manager - FICO
Job Description:
The SAP Functional SME - FICO is responsible for improving financial and controlling processes through scalable SaaS solutions and optimizing enterprise-wide functionalities. Key responsibilities include:
Solution Design:
- Develop cost-efficient, secure, and scalable SaaS solutions adhering to enterprise architecture principles such as multi-tenancy and modularity.
- Define customization limits and optimize platform performance and maintainability for financial and controlling processes.
Enterprise Process Assessment:
- Map current financial and controlling processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and define solutions for better cost management and reporting accuracy.
- Redesign processes to align financial operations with enterprise goals effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational financial strategies and priorities.
- Facilitate continuous improvements through active feedback and communication with teams.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules and best practices.
- Thorough understanding of SaaS solution design principles, including scalability and modularity.
- Ability to assess, map, and optimize financial processes.
Scope and Projects:
Focused on transforming financial practices across the enterprise by assessing and optimizing financial and controlling functions with stakeholder-driven solutions.
