Job Description
As an Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Time & Labor and Absence Management at Accenture, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining Oracle HCM-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives with comprehensive process and system designs. As a subject matter expert, you will lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor is essential, with recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining Oracle HCM Cloud-enabled business solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence Management, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster alignment with business objectives, and validate proposed solutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly articulates business processes, system enhancements, and technology integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Leverage advanced data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system adoption, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Lead, manage, and mentor teams, contributing to team decisions and offering solutions to problems that span across multiple teams.
- Continuously assess and refine processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in solution delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting, technical analysis, or solution architecture.
- Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Requirements Analysis, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Core HR, and Integrations.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing Oracle HCM-enabled solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops and creating detailed process and solution documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management, or related areas.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Experience with system optimization, performance tuning, and driving complex process enhancements.
