As an Oracle HCM - Core HR Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing system integrations, and driving business solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state of business systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will perform independently as a subject matter expert, collaborating with multiple teams, providing innovative solutions, and leading key decisions that impact overall organizational success. Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is required, along with recommended mastery in Functional Requirements Analysis. Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Cloud Experience Design Studio, Business Requirements Documentation, Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management, and Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management is strongly suggested. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in driving Oracle-enabled HR transformations, system implementations, and process optimizations.  
Key Responsibilities:  
• Define and design organizational processes that integrate technology to align with strategic business outcomes and customer requirements.  
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, providing insights and solutions to complex challenges across multiple teams.  
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders and business objectives.  
• Develop detailed process maps and comprehensive documentation to support system design, implementation, and change management.  
• Conduct impact analyses to evaluate the effects of proposed changes on existing processes and systems.  
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met and validated during system implementation.  
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.  
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that optimize overall efficiency and improve organizational effectiveness.  
• Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure the successful execution of deliverables.  
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to promote long-term business growth.

Basic Qualifications:  
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR implementations, process design, and system optimization.  
• Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is required.  
• Recommended expertise in Functional Requirements Analysis, supported by strong skills in Oracle Cloud Experience Design Studio and Business Requirements Documentation.  
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.  
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, leading impact analyses, and preparing system design documentation.  
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:  
• Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud modules or related areas.  
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation through process improvement and technology integration.  
• Extensive expertise in managing large-scale system implementations with Oracle HCM Core HR.  
• Experience in delivering scalable and sustainable HR solutions aligned with business goals and strategies.
