The Work:
As an Oracle Technical Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of screen‑based digital experiences built on Oracle platforms. You will be responsible for shaping end‑to‑end product experiences that bring brand values to life while aligning with Oracle technical standards and enterprise architectures. This role requires strong design leadership, ownership of team decisions, and close collaboration with Oracle technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, cross‑team solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and prototyping of digital product experiences across Oracle‑based platforms and enterprise applications.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, interaction models, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Communicate design solutions through narratives, storyboards, prototypes, and presentations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert in UX and Product Design, contributing to key design, platform, and experience‑related decisions across programs.
- Manage and guide the design team to ensure effective execution, quality delivery, and alignment with Oracle technical constraints and business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and govern a scalable design system that ensures consistency and usability across Oracle digital products and platforms.
- Plan and execute user research and usability testing, validating solutions and continuously refining experiences based on user insights.
- Collaborate closely with Oracle technical architects, developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Drive design solutions that can be reused across multiple teams and products, improving efficiency and experience consistency.
- Create and deliver executive‑level presentations to articulate design rationale, trade‑offs, and recommendations.
- Stay current with UX, product design, and Oracle ecosystem trends, applying best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Product Design, User Experience, or related disciplines.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required.
- Proven experience in Interaction Design, Product Design, Prototype Development, and Visual Design is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within enterprise platforms (preferably Oracle ecosystems) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design teams, own decisions, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to operate across multiple teams and programs.
