General Qualifications:
Our Packaged/SaaS Application Engineers are vital in driving application configurations and solutions to meet business objectives. These high-performing professionals utilize their expertise to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure efficient system stability while collaborating across teams. Their proficiency in Oracle Applications Reports and Packaged Application Integration ensures the delivery of innovative results and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to enhance features, maintain system stability, and optimize performance.
- Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business and technical requirements.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve application performance and enhance end-user experience.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of application configurations to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, implementing effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adoption of new applications and functionalities.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices, incorporating them into application processes and methodologies.
Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications.
- Master expertise in Oracle Applications Reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
Preferred Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Oracle SQL.
- Advanced knowledge in Packaged Application Integration.
- Master expertise in Oracle BI Report and Metadata Development, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, driving critical decisions across multiple teams.
- Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, introducing cutting-edge practices and solutions.
