Role Overview:

As an Oracle Data Profiling Associate Manager, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced data solutions to support data generation, collection, and processing. You will oversee the creation of efficient data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes for seamless data migration and deployment across systems. This role requires subject matter expertise, team management, and collaboration across multiple teams to drive impactful decisions and deliver innovative solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative data solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and governance.

  • Implement ETL processes for effective data migration and deployment across systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data challenges.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance data processing methodologies.

  • Provide expert solutions to complex problems within your team and across various teams.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

  • Actively contribute to key decisions and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

  • Expert Proficiency: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Data Migrations, Data Access, Data Engineering, and Data Pipelines.

  • Advanced Proficiency: Data Processing methodologies and tools.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive impactful decisions.

  • Commitment to implementing best practices for data governance and quality assurance.
