Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Application Developer to configure, enhance, and support SAP packaged. In this role, you will work independently as a subject matter expert, leveraging SAP ABAP, BTP RAP or BTP CAP, standard tools, APIs, and low‑code platforms to deliver stable, high‑performing solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and support SAP packaged.

Utilize SAP ABAP, BTP RAP, BTP CAP, standard tools, APIs, and low‑code platforms to adapt application features

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Implement, test, and deploy application configurations to meet business objectives

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and integrity
-
Manage releases while preserving system compatibility and performance
-
Document processes and develop user guides to support knowledge sharing

Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to technical challenges

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in SAP ABAP including 2 years of management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP
- Proven experience in RAP or CAPM
- Proven experience supporting and configuring SAP packaged.
- Strong understanding of system integration, performance optimization, and release management
- Ability to work independently and act as a subject matter expert
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
