Oracle Data Conversion Team Lead
As an Oracle Data Conversion Lead at Accenture, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data solutions to support data generation, collection, and processing. Your role will involve creating and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to enable seamless data migration and deployment across systems.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert, leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for driving team decisions, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex challenges for your immediate team and across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative data solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance, reliability, and data quality.
Lead ETL processes for seamless data migration and deployment across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
Conduct regular assessments of data quality and implement necessary improvements to maintain high standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve data engineering practices.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Master proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Expert proficiency in Data Migrations, Data Access, Data Engineering, Data Pipelines, and Data Processing.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to deliver innovative solutions across diverse teams and projects.
