SAP Compliance & Master Data Consultant
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data, SAP functional consulting, or data governance–related roles
- Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), including master data objects and end‑to‑end business processes
- Solid understanding of SAP Master Data concepts, including Customer, Material, Business Partner, and related governance controls
- Experience supporting data compliance, data quality, and validation standards within SAP landscapes
- Proven ability to analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps, and define future‑state business solutions
- Experience facilitating business and functional workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Strong capability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed documentation
- Experience supporting system implementation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to use data analysis to drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or structured data governance frameworks
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and master data controls
- Experience with integration of SD master data with MM, FI, or other SAP modules
- Knowledge of data migration, data cleansing, and mass data maintenance activities
- SAP certification in SD, MDG, or related SAP functional areas
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and support or mentor junior consultants
