Job Description

Responsibilities: As a Integration CI Consultant (HCM SF), you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP Data Integration Architecture & Tools is required. Advanced proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation is suggested. Develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus on application features. Monitor application performance and implement improvements based on user feedback. Create comprehensive documentation for application configurations and processes. Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members and sharing best practices.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in SAP Integration roles, including hands-on delivery and leadership responsibilities
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI/CPI) and SAP integration technologies
Advanced knowledge of SAP Integration Architecture, including APIs, middleware concepts, and integration patterns (SOAP, REST)
Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors / HCM solutions with SAP and non-SAP systems
Solid understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes and data flows
Experience leading or owning end-to-end integration design, build, testing, and deployment activities
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams and drive technical decisions
Ability to analyze complex integration issues and deliver scalable, reusable solutions across multiple teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language
Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation, interface specifications, and governance standards

Preferred / Nice to Have

SAP certifications in Integration, SAP CPI, or SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-to-cloud integrations
Exposure to Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery methodologies
Prior experience managing or mentoring integration teams or working within global delivery models
Strong background in business process implementation and system optimization initiatives
