SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant
Responsibilities: As a Benefits Consultant (HCM SF), you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. This includes ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Compensation Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop and maintain project plans to track progress and deliverables.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business function implementation.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.

Benefits Consultant (HCM SuccessFactors) - Key Responsibilities
Configure Benefits module in SAP SuccessFactors
Design and set up benefit plans (health, insurance, retirement, allowances, etc.)
Define eligibility rules based on grade, location, employment type, etc.
Configure enrollment periods (open enrollment & life events)
Set up employer vs employee contribution structures
Configure benefit deductions and ensure integration with Payroll
Manage life event changes (marriage, birth, status changes)
Configure approval workflows for benefit enrollment
Enable and test employee self-service enrollment
Support integration with:
o Employee Central (employee data)
o Payroll (deductions & contributions)
o Finance (cost allocations if required)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
