General Qualifications:
Our SAP ABAP Associate Managers play a critical role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. This high-performing team operates independently, becoming subject matter experts while actively contributing to team discussions and delivering innovative solutions to address work-related challenges. Their expertise in SAP ABAP is essential for driving impactful results and aligning solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
- Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business requirements while maintaining compatibility and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and test application configurations to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system integrity.
- Document processes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance.
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in application configuration and system stability management.
- Intermediate proficiency in low-code platforms and APIs.
- Expert proficiency in troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Intermediate proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and project management methodologies.
