Job Title: SAP Automation Test Developer
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Automation Test Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for SAP applications to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, automation testing tools, and software development lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation Development:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for SAP applications using tools such as SAP TAO, Worksoft Certify, Selenium, or other relevant frameworks.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
Test Execution and Reporting:
Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure system functionality.
Document and report test results, defects, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality and reliability of SAP applications by implementing best practices in test automation.
Perform regression testing to validate system changes and updates.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on test automation tools and techniques.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in SAP testing and automation tools.
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP testing and automation development.
Proficiency in automation testing tools such as SAP TAO, Worksoft Certify, Selenium, or similar.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM).
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or ABAP.
Knowledge of test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or TestRail.
Certification in SAP or testing tools is a plus.
