Role Summary:
As a Business Architect (Senior Manager), you will lead the identification and realization of tangible business value by assessing current-state operations, defining future-state business capabilities, and translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Architecture & Strategy

Assess current-state business processes and operating models across supply chain domains.

Define future-state business capabilities aligned with QIC’s ERP roadmap.

Translate business objectives into SAP-enabled supply chain solutions and target operating models.

Identify value levers and transformation opportunities across functions.
Solution Definition & Business Case Development
-
Capture high-level business requirements and define end-to-end solutions.

Develop comprehensive business cases outlining benefits, costs, risks, and impacts.

Support investment decisions through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership
-
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Supply Chain Management.

Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to enterprise-level decision-making.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, drive alignment, and foster innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Program Governance & Execution

Guide teams through implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and target architectures.

Apply Project Management Office (PMO) expertise to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones.

Address complex issues impacting multiple teams and ensure integrated solutions.
Continuous Improvement & People Leadership

Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability building.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Requirements
Expert proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (e.g., MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, APO/IBP).
Strong experience in business architecture, operating model design, or enterprise transformation.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology-enabled solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Preferred
Expert proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) practices.
Experience delivering large-scale ERP programs in complex environments.
Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
Experience with giga-projects, infrastructure, or large capital programs is a strong advantage.
