Business Architecture - Finance Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Architect – Finance Consultant to design and deliver impactful business solutions that enable strategic decision‑making and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to define business requirements, shape functional designs, and guide the implementation of effective finance‑related solutions.
Your mastery of SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM) will be central to supporting key initiatives and elevating the quality of our internal and client‑facing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Business Architecture & Solution Design
- Develop and implement business solutions that align with organizational strategy and financial objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive functional and application designs for current and future business needs.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into clear solution specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and successful delivery of designed solutions.
- Provide expert advisory support and drive decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
Finance & SAP Expertise
- Apply expert knowledge in SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM) to support integrations, configuration, and operational workflows.
- Ensure that all designed solutions align with financial governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
Qualifications & Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business architecture, finance consulting, or related roles.
- Master‑level proficiency in SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM).
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective solutions.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in Project Management.
- Expert proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement and communication.
- Master proficiency in Change Management, enabling smooth transition and adoption of new processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis for decision support and process optimization.
