The Work
As an SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Associate Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP ECP solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable payroll solutions. Your expertise in SAP ECP will be critical in driving business success, ensuring compliance, and enhancing payroll operations. Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Payroll Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gather and analyze payroll requirements, providing innovative solutions to address complex payroll challenges.
Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ECP with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management) and third-party systems.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and execution of test plans to validate payroll configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP ECP solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Here’s What You Will Need
Experience:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven track record of delivering SAP ECP solutions in complex, multi-country environments.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in SAP ECP, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage type configuration.
Strong knowledge of integration between SAP ECP and other modules like Employee Central and Time Management.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is required; additional certifications in other modules are a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP ECP projects.
Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
