Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of SAP MDG solutions that align with industry standards and client requirements.
Functional and Application Design: Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Team Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective solutions, driving alignment across various functions.
Data Governance Leadership: Provide thought leadership in master data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance master data processes and leverage SAP MDG innovations to deliver value to clients.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure solutions comply with data governance standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and execution of test plans to validate configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP MDG solutions.
Here’s What You Will Need
A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or related skills.
Master proficiency in SAP MDG Tool, including configuration, compliance, and support.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration).
Bonus Points If You Have
Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Improvement to identify and implement process enhancements.
Expert proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP MDG projects.
Master proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
