Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative SAP HCM Payroll solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution, driving alignment across various stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to key decisions that shape the direction of projects and strategic initiatives.
Provide solutions to complex payroll challenges, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
Oversee payroll processes, including configuration, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage SAP innovations to enhance payroll operations and efficiency.
Here’s What You Will Need
Master proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including configuration, compliance, and support.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll or related skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).
Bonus Points If You Have
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
Intermediate proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.
Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Master proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
