Job Title: Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub (RSH) Manager to lead and oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of Oracle Retail Supply Chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Retail applications, supply chain management, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive operational efficiency and business growth through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub solutions to meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub enhancements and upgrades.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Retail professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

  • Foster collaboration between IT, supply chain, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

System Management and Optimization:

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub applications.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Oracle Retail system.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub-related matters.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations and Oracle Retail system usage.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on Oracle Retail solutions.
    • Proven experience in managing Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub implementations and optimizations.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle Retail applications, including RSH, RMS, and other related modules.
    • Knowledge of database management, SQL, and system integration.
    • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.

  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Retail certification.
  • Experience in the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management.
