As an SAP Hypercare & Stabilization Lead – Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful stabilization and hypercare of SAP implementations, driving business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled solutions. You will lead the post-go-live support phase, ensuring smooth transitions, issue resolution, and process optimization. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and provide innovative solutions to challenges across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Program Management Office (PMO) is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP Project Management. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the hypercare and stabilization phase of SAP implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and issue resolution. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Program Management Office (PMO) and SAP Project Management, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges. 
  • Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining SAP-enabled business solutions. 
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions. 
  • Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, impacts, and feasibility of proposed initiatives. 
  • Create and maintain documentation that clearly articulates business processes, technology integrations, and solution designs. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies and SAP solutions. 
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams. 
  • Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Monitor and report on hypercare progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with strategic goals. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management, hypercare, or stabilization roles. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Program Management Office (PMO). 
  • Strong understanding of SAP Project Management and its role in delivering business value. 
  • Proven experience in managing post-go-live support, issue resolution, and process optimization. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions. 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications in SAP Project Management, PMO, or related areas. 
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions. 
  • Experience with process optimization, change management, and integration. 
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices. 
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP hypercare and stabilization phases.
