As a Technical SAP BTP Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into SAP BTP solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. As a subject matter expert, you will lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP BTP Application Development.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining SAP BTP-enabled business solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Build Process Automation and SAP BTP Application Development, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, impacts, and feasibility of proposed solutions.

Create and maintain documentation that clearly articulates business processes, technology integration, and solution designs.

Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of SAP BTP solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.

Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.

Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in solution delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in SAP BTP, SAP Build Process Automation, or related areas.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.

Experience with process optimization, automation, and integration.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.

Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP BTP implementations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of [10 years] of experience in SAP BTP consulting, technical leadership, or solution architecture.
Advanced proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.
Strong understanding of SAP BTP Application Development and its role in delivering business value.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing technology-enabled solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation.
