We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on an ERP roadmap implementation project.
Job Description:
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP OpenText Specialist to drive document management and archiving solutions within a major SAP transformation program. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and maintaining OpenText solutions to ensure seamless integration with SAP modules, compliance with data retention policies, and efficient document workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OpenText solutions across relevant modules.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define document management requirements, workflows, and retention policies.
Ensure integration of OpenText with SAP modules (e.g., FI, HCM, SCM) is seamless, secure, and aligned with business processes.
Develop templates, document archiving strategies, and content lifecycle processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Support end-user testing, validation, and training, ensuring smooth adoption of OpenText solutions.
Monitor and resolve technical issues, system defects, and action items, escalating when necessary.
Maintain documentation, configuration guides, and project trackers to support audits and program reporting.
Provide expert guidance on OpenText best practices, compliance requirements, and SAP integration standards.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills, enabling cross-team collaboration and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP OpenText implementation and management.
Expertise in document management, archiving solutions, and content lifecycle processes.
Strong knowledge of SAP module integration (e.g., FI, HCM, SCM) with OpenText.
Familiarity with data retention policies, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
Hands-on experience with technical issue resolution, system defect management, and end-user training.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with business and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in SAP OpenText or document management systems are a plus.
