SAP Employee Central (EC) Lead
Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central (EC) Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Employee Central processes as part of a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on core HR processes, employee master data management, organizational management, and integrations with Payroll, Time Management, and Finance, ensuring accurate HR operations and data integrity across the enterprise.
The SAP EC Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end Employee Central solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Employee Central solutions, including core HR processes, employee master data management, and organizational management.
Ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with Payroll, Time Management, Finance, and other SAP modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end delivery of Employee Central solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulations in all Employee Central processes.
Provide expertise in SAP Employee Central functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Partner with third-party vendors and functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Monitor and resolve issues related to Employee Central processes, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Employee Central processes and system capabilities.
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in SAP Employee Central implementation and management, with a focus on core HR processes, employee master data management, and organizational management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP Employee Central modules and integration with Payroll, Time Management, Finance, and other SAP modules.
Proficiency in employee master data management and organizational management processes.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system and process challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, regulations, and industry standards related to Employee Central processes.
Project Management: Experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in Employee Central modules.
Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
Knowledge of global HR processes and compliance requirements.
