We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on an ERP roadmap implementation project.

Job Description: 
Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Cutover Analyst to support cutover planning and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation program. This role will focus on assisting the Cutover Lead and project teams in ensuring a smooth system transition across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance (FIN) workstreams. The SAP Cutover Analyst will play a key role in task tracking, issue resolution, and maintaining cutover documentation, contributing to the overall success of the program. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update detailed cutover task lists, dependencies, and timelines to ensure accurate tracking and execution. 
  • Track progress during mock cutover rehearsals and go-live activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. 
  • Support issue resolution by identifying and escalating risks or challenges to the Cutover Lead and project leadership. 
  • Assist in documenting lessons learned, cutover procedures, and best practices for future reference. 
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure cutover readiness and alignment across workstreams. 
  • Support reporting to the PMO and leadership on cutover progress, risks, and key milestones. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational and task management skills, with attention to detail. 
  • Basic understanding of SAP systems and their integration across HCM, SCM, and FIN workstreams. 
  • Experience in supporting large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or similar tools for task tracking and reporting. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
