We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on large-scale ERP and SAP transformation programs.
Job Description:
Accenture is seeking an experienced and proactive SAP Cutover Senior Analyst to support and drive cutover planning and execution activities for a large-scale SAP transformation program. This role will work closely with the Cutover Lead, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition to the new SAP landscape.
The SAP Cutover Senior Analyst will play a key role in coordinating cutover activities across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance (FIN) workstreams, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and timely execution throughout mock cutovers and go-live phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and govern detailed cutover plans, task lists, dependencies, and timelines across all SAP workstreams.
- Actively track cutover progress during mock rehearsals and go-live, ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate cutover risks, issues, and interdependencies to the Cutover Lead and project leadership.
- Coordinate closely with functional, technical, data, and business teams to ensure end-to-end cutover readiness and alignment.
- Support execution of mock cutovers, readiness assessments, and go-live activities.
- Own and maintain cutover documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and lessons learned.
- Support reporting and status updates to PMO and senior stakeholders on cutover progress, risks, and milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP environments, preferably within ERP or SAP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and integration across HCM, SCM, and Finance domains.
- Experience supporting or leading cutover activities in medium to large-scale SAP implementations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, or similar planning and tracking tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
