SAP BTP Workflow Developer Senior Analyst
Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP BTP Workflow Developer to support a major SAP transformation program. This role focuses on designing, developing, and managing workflows on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), leveraging SAP Workflow Management, Fiori, and Cloud Integration Services to automate business processes across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy SAP BTP workflows using SAP Workflow Management, Cloud Workflow, and Fiori-driven approval processes.
Implement process automation, custom business rules, and integration scenarios between SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient workflow solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Develop and maintain integration flows, event triggers, and workflow extensions in BTP, ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP modules.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of workflows, ensuring compliance with SAP cloud best practices.
Troubleshoot workflow errors, optimize performance, and provide technical guidance on workflow design and process orchestration.
Maintain documentation, process models, and workflow monitoring dashboards for ongoing governance and audit readiness.
Participate in design workshops, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholders.
Ensure workflows adhere to security, compliance, and SAP governance standards.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP BTP Workflow Management and Cloud Workflow development.
Expertise in designing and implementing Fiori-driven approval processes and process automation.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and cloud application connectivity.
Hands-on experience with integration flows, event triggers, and workflow extensions in SAP BTP.
Familiarity with SAP cloud best practices, security, and compliance standards.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills for workflows and process orchestration.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in SAP Workflow Management or SAP BTP are a plus.
