SAP Ariba Commerce Automation Lead
Job Summary:
Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP Ariba Commerce Automation Lead to drive end-to-end procurement automation, punch-out catalog management, and supplier integration within a major SAP transformation program. This role focuses on ensuring seamless commerce automation processes, integrating Ariba solutions with SAP S/4HANA, and improving procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP Ariba Commerce Automation activities, including catalog management, punch-out configuration, supplier onboarding, and automated procurement processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to define automation requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
Configure and validate Ariba Commerce Automation scenarios, catalog approvals, and integration points with SAP S/4HANA MM and FI modules.
Ensure accurate synchronization of supplier catalogs, pricing, and transactional data between Ariba and SAP.
Support testing, issue resolution, and escalation of defects related to commerce automation processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of automation configurations, supplier integrations, testing results, and process workflows.
Provide guidance on Ariba best practices, process optimization, and procurement automation improvements.
Actively participate in workshops, governance meetings, and project reviews to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and alignment with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills with hands-on SAP Ariba Commerce Automation experience.
Proven expertise in managing procurement automation, punch-out catalog management, and supplier integration.
Practical knowledge of Ariba Commerce Automation scenarios, catalog approvals, and integration with SAP S/4HANA MM and FI modules.
Familiarity with supplier onboarding, catalog synchronization, and transactional data management between Ariba and SAP.
Experience in testing, issue resolution, and defect escalation for commerce automation processes.
Strong documentation and reporting skills, including maintaining detailed process workflows and testing results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business); advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SAP Ariba certifications) preferred.
