Role Overview:
As an Oracle Cloud Associate Project Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to plan, execute, and monitor project activities across Oracle Cloud applications such as ERP, HCM, and SCM. This role combines project management excellence with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions to drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient execution.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Coordinate and manage functional and technical teams across Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP, HCM, and SCM.

  • Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, project estimation, and solution presentations.

  • Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and steering committee sessions with key stakeholders.

  • Track project financials, including cost, billing, and profitability management.

  • Ensure compliance with Accenture’s project delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices.

  • Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support change management and user adoption activities during project implementation.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and contributing to knowledge management initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4–8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing Oracle Cloud implementation or support projects.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, or SCM) and associated business processes.

  • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.

  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.

  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional Oracle Cloud teams across multiple geographies.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and accelerators.

  • Exposure to project financial management and reporting.

  • Experience in leading small to medium-sized Oracle Cloud projects or workstreams.

  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its relevance in SaaS project delivery.
