Role Overview:
As an Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent, and Compensation modules. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and deliver solutions that enhance HR operations, improve workforce experiences, and drive organizational value.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across HCM processes.
Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Management.
Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
Develop and maintain reports, analytics, and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in HCM modules, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on Oracle HCM best practices and industry standards.
Prepare and review documentation including design specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and support change management activities.
Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and assess their impact on existing configurations and business processes.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementations or support.
Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, or Compensation.
Experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Proficiency in creating and managing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and policies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Core HR or any other HCM module is highly desirable.
Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to integration technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs) and data migration tools.
Experience in mentoring junior consultants or leading small project teams.
Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its impact on HCM applications.
