Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), or Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS). This role involves working closely with finance and IT teams to deliver performance management solutions that enhance business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS.

Design and develop complex business rules, data integrations (using Data Management and EPM Integration Agent), and reports using Smart View, FR, and dashboards.

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements.

Lead solution design sessions, prepare functional/technical documentation, and configure EPM applications.

Conduct system testing, training, and user support.

Manage metadata, security, and workflow setup within EPM modules.

Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy between source systems and EPM applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, or other modules).
Hands-on experience with Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Experience with integrations between ERP systems (like Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, or others).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
