Key Responsibilities:
ESG Data & Reporting: Manage and validate ESG data from Oracle Cloud modules; support ESG report preparation (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT to develop ESG dashboards and automate data tracking using Oracle Cloud and Analytics tools.
Compliance & Frameworks: Align data with ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC); support assessments, disclosures, and ESG rating improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Data Analytics, IT, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of ESG or sustainability reporting experience in a corporate, consulting, or compliance role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, or Analytics.
- Solid understanding of ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
- Strong data handling and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics). Excellent communication and project management abilities.
