Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients to ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all ICS systems and platforms to identify Cyber Security threats, and to meet business objectives and local regulatory requirements

Apply industry experience as well as best Cyber Security practices (e.g. IEC 62443/ISA 99) to develop optimal ICS-centric processes while implementing robust security solutions, including asset inventory, vulnerability management, secure remote access, data diodes, security monitoring tools

Conduct the end-to-end activities that are needed for a successful OT security monitoring / OT visibility deployment, including tool selection, implementation strategy development, site surveys, tool sizing, architecture development, tool implementation, playbook development, third party integrations, and platform management for continuous security monitoring
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience:
-
3+ years of experience of working in Cyber Security with advanced knowledge of various domains such as security assessments, threat intelligence, asset management, vulnerability management, industrial IoT security, and security monitoring tools
-
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Utilities, Mining, Energy (with a strong emphasis on the Oil & Gas industry)

Preferred experience with Industrial Control System Cybersecurity, industrial control system design and industrial networks, with experience designing, maintaining and supporting Process Control Domain network infrastructures – e.g. CCNA, CCNP type qualifications

Comprehensive working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice

Professional security certification, such as a SANS GIAC, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Deep industry knowledge of the Energy sector and strong functional exposure to the Oil & Gas industry
-
Deep expertise in the ICS Cyber Security with strong exposure to areas such as asset management, vulnerability management, network security, security monitoring, threat intelligence
-
Strong knowledge of SANS 20 controls framework and other security frameworks (for example, NIST-800 series, NIST IR 7628)

Comprehensive working knowledge of one or more of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, CPNI Good Practice

Experience of analyzing business impact and risk exposure as part of diagnostic programs, based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities and risks

Support proposal work as a Subject Matter Expert providing the necessary inputs and drive / participate in client presentations

Experience of working with ICS systems and exposure to different DCS automation vendors
-
Experience in identification of value drivers, creation of business cases and transformation roadmaps for the Energy industry with deep expertise in security monitoring implementation

Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership

Active role in the identification of opportunities by enhancing existing relationships and growing new networks

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead globally distributed teams
