We are looking for a Recruitment Intern for long-term period. 


Job Description:

Providing support in Recruitment operations such as:

  •       Execute and track manual role postings, screening candidates.
  •       Direct Sourcing of candidates based on selection criteria defined along with recruiter and hiring managers.
  •       Research, identify and pitch new ways of reaching candidates and conducting phone interviews.
  •       Supporting interview scheduling and coordination.
  •       Support team members on an ad hoc basis with administration requests.
  •      Generate reports from the recruitment system and ensure data integrity.
  •      Maintain our candidate database on our applicant tracking system.
  •      Facilitate on-boarding process activities including notifying candidate and stakeholders of start activities, and tracking completion of on-boarding tasks.
  •      Track employee referrals and coordinate timely referral payout processing.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Fresh grads or Master students from HR, Business Administration, Management Engineering or other Social Science departments.
  •   A genuine interest in Recruitment.

  •   Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  •   Analytical and problem solving skills.

  •   Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

  •   Excellent  command of written and spoken English.

  •   Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn.
