WHAT WE DO:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key creative contributor within multidisciplinary teams, helping shape visual communication for leading global brands. You will work closely with creatives, strategists, and delivery teams to turn ideas into clear, engaging, and beautifully crafted design. 

You will design across multiple touchpoints, from campaigns and brand systems to digital experiences and presentations, balancing strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution. You will also actively use modern design tools, including AI-powered ones, to work smarter and faster. You will:

  • Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, presentation, and campaign touchpoints.

  • Translate concepts and narratives into clear, compelling visual solutions. 

  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, technology, and delivery teams. 

  • Develop and maintain visual consistency across brands and projects. 

  • Work from concept through execution, including iterations based on feedback.

  • Use AI-supported tools as part of your everyday design workflow. 

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative explorations, and design critiques. 

  • Stay curious about visual trends, new tools, and evolving design practices.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

  • 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency, creative studio, or consulting environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual thinking, layout, typography, and concept-driven design.

  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

  • Practical experience using AI tools in a design context (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT or similar).

  • Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual storytelling. 

  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently.

  • Openness to feedback and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving projects. 

  • A proactive, curious mindset and genuine passion for design. 

  • Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (min.B2).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Advanced proficiency and experimentation with AI tools for design, ideation, and image generation.

  • Illustration skills (digital or hand-drawn).

  • Working knowledge of Figma for digital and collaborative design.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • Experience working with large international or Fortune 500 clients.

  • Motion basics, simple animation, or visual storytelling across time-based media.
