React Native Developer

THE WORK:
- Building modern mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
- Designing and implementing performance and optimization strategies for mobile applications.
- Configuring and maintaining applications across multiple environments (development, testing, production) and platforms.
- Ensuring high solution quality, including mobile architecture, code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Working in a scrum team.
- Direct contact with Polish and international clients.
- Participating in internal initiatives and projects.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in React Native.
- Solid understanding of layout and styling in React Native (Flexbox, responsive/adaptive design, platform differences).
- Experience in writing unit and component tests (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library; e2e testing is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong command of English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge or experience in deploying mobile applications to app stores (iOS / Android).
- Experience with feature flag solutions (e.g. GrowthBook or similar).
- Familiarity with Storybook and working with custom component libraries.
